30 million that's like a 2 ft x 3 ft heavy brick of cash no way it was done by one person must have been an inside job. With knowledge of the building
If they were smart, and signs point to that being the case, they had one person get a job there, stay for months learning the ins and outs, then either quit or (more likely) engineer their own firing... and then they waited at least weeks and possibly months before actually pulling the job, so that the one inside person would be far down the eventual list of suspects.
But that's just my conjecture. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As an ex burglar, you understood that there are mainly 3 to 4 types of alarm sensors. Motion, vibration, frequency (glass shattering) and heat (thermal). All but one can be manipulated very easily, and judging from the looks of things, Garda wasn't as sophisticated as one would think.

Consideration has nothing to do with it. These individuals had inside information and as a result they knew exactly who NOT to steal from. No one is gonna protect their money and assets the way the people with billions protect theirs.
I'm going to go ahead and say it now, the employee they interviewed is in on it.
Everyone there is guilty. There's more security in a wet paper-bag by the side of the road, than at that facility.

@eliharp, excellent point, thanks for the tip. (Lorex security cameras). Watching the video, this is a prime example of that saying "a chain is only as strong as the weakest link". I'm Not judging but it appears this company failed at the highest level, it was entrusted, they got bit by human greed, mixed with complacent lazy, people.

Look man i work in the security industy i been doing it now foe about ten years i do high level plain cloth details now but back when i was working as a uniform armed guard let me tell you comapnies especially guarda world and allied hire anyone somwtimes they hire with out or after the run a back ground check its sad man indutry needs to do better

That's a big volume. One dollar bills, at 1 million, take up 40 cubic feet. 30 times that is a 1200 cubic feet transport. It will be in big bills, so less than that. But that's a lot to drive away with. So, is the cash hidden in the place and was never moved?
