Thank you for this video and the resources shared. You mentioned a fellowship - can you share about ABA fellowships (any recommendations, what to consider, their benefits, etc)? Thank you.
They are typically associated with PhD programs. These can be "no-strings-attached" or may require students to work part-time for the university. There can also be an assistantship. Assistantships Students work for the university in some way, such as teaching or research, in exchange for funding. Assistantships can be taxed as income. This program often comes with a stipend for living expenses.
I don't have a master's in psychology and I was looking into pathway 2. Would you still recommend that? I was also thinking about F.I.T's online program, which is VCS accredited.
thanks so much for your video! After hours watching videos, finally I find you! The best video! So I am trying to choose the correct Pathway. If I dont have any master degree, Should I do the pathway 1? I have a bachelor degree. Patway 2 is only for people who has a Master degree?
Glad I could help! Well… you can still take either path. Some people may want a background in psychology or special education, before they receive training (course sequence ) in ABA, that’s pathway 2 (which can be longer if you don’t already have a masters in those fields. Or some people are like “nope, ABA is all I need to know” that’s when you would take pathway 1.
Hey🖤💛 Penn State? Or Penn West? I don’t think I’ve heard of Penn West or don’t know anyone personally who entered that specific program. You should pose that comment in the Black in Behavior Analysis (BIBA) Facebook page. I sure someone would be able to share their experience
Are you referring to an RBT? (Registered behavior technician), if so the answer is yes it sounds like you would be a great candidate. Watch this one ruclips.net/video/o9jGHxpWSI0/видео.htmlsi=gjf7XlSoH0JJavVF. But if you’re looking to become a BCBA . I would watching this one ruclips.net/video/pUoKirSEtz4/видео.htmlsi=MrXgFijB8j9l2COa
