Bivrost Vanaheim

Bivrost is made at a Norwegian distillery in the Arctic Circle known as Aurora Spirit. A picturesque location, but not without its challenges when it comes to growing barley and making whisky! Their Vanaheim release is matured in teak casks, which is a new concept for Laurie and Kieran. Could it be their new favourite type of maturation??
