It’s very strong actually, it’s all in your mind. Your own mind is playing tricks on you it actually shows how powerful the mind is when pushed into a corner. These methods where perfected over centuries to really mess with your mind it’s horrible stuff. It’s mad tho

Originally, the torture method would involve irregular drops of water. So the victims were never fully sure when the next drop would come, adding to the anxiety.

The water droplets are supposed to be random cause then you dont know when to expect them so no pattern forms, but still it must've been awful
As someone who is deeply interested into torture methods and serial killers and that sort of thing, i found this incredibly interesting as ive never actually realised the impact it can have on somebody, hope you feel better soon jay just try and focus on yourself, and normally when watching jay's or Tgf in general ive never really felt sorry for them as they always seem to have fun and they know what they're getting themselves into but for this vid i felt sorry for him.

Something in water torture is the inconsistency of the water droplets not knowing when the next drop will hit your head whereas having it at a consistent 2 second intervals is still effective it’s just more predictable and slightly worse at torture
