Hi Sophie, I'm so glad you went for the grey. I hoped you would. Per my comment on the previous Vlog, I had reservations about the loafers (due to my personal taste). However, when you tried them on with the outfits, I really liked them, as they made the ensembles look more edgy in a good way! The Chanel-style courts gave the outfits a very different vibe.

Wow, I wonder if you realize how obnoxious your comment is. I can’t imagine getting an item and stranger coming on me telling me to return it. If you don’t like it, don’t buy t, but how could you tell someone so bluntly to return or exchange something? Did you listen to Sophie at all? She said she wanted them for a long time! Hi Sophie, you look beautiful in all your new clothes! I wanted to comment on something and didn’t know where, so i hope you don’t mind if I do it under your video. I haven’t shopped in a store for several years, all my things have been bought online. Last night i was looking online at very high end NYC department stores for new jeans by Agolde. I looked at Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus, all online. Of course i went right to the reviews to see how the jeans fit. I was astounded by what i read. In the Agolde section of all 3 stores, the women were commenting that they bought this pair or that one, but they got an empty box in the mail. After contacting customer service, none of them got a refund. Customer service felt that they were all lying. And truthfully, no jeans i ever order actually fit me the way i want, so i decided i am not ordering clothing or bags online anymore. Everything is so expensive now and i don’t want to risk the empty box problem.
take a video of you unboxing it once received. I think I would do that with any expensive item I order; just incase! And pay with PayPal. If store customer service doesn't listen, chargeback with PayPal - they are often very good; especially if you've got video proof! Most certainly a hassle but just wanted to give you my thoughts! xo

This is honestly a stress for me too Adrienne! Every time I order something expensive online, I always feel like I’ve dodged a bullet when things have gone smoothly. I agree, I would literally film the package at the door as it’s handed to you - then in the same take, film the condition of the package and show what’s in it. Plus, always use a credit card! You’re safe with a credit card xx
