You photshopping your face onto the relevant cards your playing always gives me a good laugh. I don't comment often but been watching your videos for months and you're by far my favorite limited streamer, probably my favorite in general. Glad to see your able to untangle the web of fatherhood and finding time to stream and do stuff for your own enjoyment as well. As a father of three, i certainly know how that grind goes.
Dad of 2 but they’re 7 & 8 now, however, they are way more challenging now than when they were infants. The sleep stuff is a pain early but that a really all there is to worry about

I used to play Madden a lot and it always felt bad those times when the opponents controller clearly died mid-play.. that’s how I felt for the opponent who misclicked.. bittersweet victory..

Just went seven wins with it and land tax.....so can confirm its pretty good lol...and only drew land tax once when it mattered.
1:03:43 seems like glutton is better here. leading with syr armont = have to sac your creature with the role on it, or not play glutton the next turn

I’ve ran some numbers. When I’m in best of one with a 17 land deck and I keep exactly 4 lands in my opening hand I have an average of 54% lands to spells ratio. Something about 4 land hands always felt bad, this is crazy to me. Seems like others are experiencing it
Please play some quick draft to mix it up. You'll get some variety in older sets!
Been on a losing streak even though I'm drafting godly decks. Aggro seems quite rampant now a month into WOE
Worst feeling. Draft a strong deck and get 75% land drop go 1-3. Draft an okayish, pretty bad one and it goes easy 5-7 wins.

Even though you lost game 1, I appreciated your patience with Witchstalker Frenzy. I would have fired it off against his Belligerent before attacking with both 3/3 token and Syr Armont.
Another observation is that high legend play is more predictable than Plat and below, so OP’s plays prior to the board wipe were extra suspicious. I would have assumed they were a noob if they weren’t too 30 legend.
Draft golgari food and stab wounds. Attack never. That's getting me 7 wins right now, lol

Your opponent deserved to lose that first game lol, just so many misplays by them but bailed out by your terrible draws. I'm amazed you didn't tilt after that.
I don't think they played that poorly. They're rank 25 for a reason. Bouncing their 3/3 made sense given they were holding a wrath, as did the chump block. Nummy played out enough stuff that they were ready to fire it off and just wanted to soak up damage. To be honest, it was a bit weird that Nummy didn't sniff out the wrath. There's no other reason you'd return the 3/3 there.
@@brianh5844 yeah but why not block with the other creature as well then? and that wasnt the only misplay that game.
@@Waghabondthe reason not to block there is they get to take some damage in order to keep a 2/2 with upside against a 1/1 as opposed to just a clean wipe. It's a good play.
