When we lived farther North in Ontario we'd see Northern Lights almost every night in the winter. They were always green, but one night they were deep red; a very rare event called a Blood Aurora. It looked like the sky was burning. This was back in the late '70s, and I haven't seen another Blood Aurora since then. Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime event, for me at least. ;) If you ever see a Blood Aurora, enjoy it, because you may never see another one.
Actually it’s visible in Canada also You can see it more frequently in the territories of Canada and sometimes from the western provinces of Canada also its not just ice land sometimes it’s visible in Nova Scotia/New Brunswick/Newfoundland on The Atlantic oceans(every few to couple of year)

Awesome video and last week I photographed the aurora northern lights big storm with my Huawei p40! It turned out great and its awesome to get shot with phone!
Great footage but the cameras always give the wrong impression, you wont see that beautiful green glow it will be more of a greyish/white shade but its still incredible to see with your own eyes.

Pretty often. It depends more on the weather and how much night time you have since Iceland has longer daylight during summer months.
