But it was plenty for a dessert for me!

I've learned to plant them as early as possible, though, because they're slower growing than all the other cucumbers I grow. They're so cute and fun and tasty, though!
Be careful with Rose of Sharon plants-- they are pretty, but very invasive, can grow very big, and will dominate your garden if not maintained. I pulled over 100 from my backyard this summer because they were taking over.
Keto Twins My problem is I’d make/eat a lot of it because I wouldn’t want to stop😩. I don’t keep/have any heavy cream or “sugar” either for that reason. Maybe one of these days. Easy enough for sure to make😊
Keto Twins Thank you Sara. I’m not all innocent in my eating habits though since maintaining. I was extremely focused and careful when I was taking off my weight. Since losing my weight and now maintaining it since November of last yr I do have my “go to” pre packaged treats. They are Costco’s Kirkland Protein Chocolate Chip Bars and Kirkland Nut Bars. Low carbs, low sugar, not bad on calories and Bobby Flavin(?) approved😀. I also treat myself to Quest Chocolate Chip Cookies. I just make sure not to go over my daily calories OR if I do ...I’m at least within my calories if I add up a week or even two weeks worth of calories and divide that calorie number by 7 (7days) or 14 (if 14 days). This gives me a better overview of how I’m eating calorie wise. Hope that made since!! It’s been working for me. I also have it easy for I live alone and I’m not tempted as bad with food with having to feed a spouse or kid(s). My daughter moved out a couple of yrs ago. But if there was that mousse in my refrigerator I know I’d eat it all. Anyway, you are doing really well with your weight loss journey. I really enjoy your video’s and Emily’s. I’m looking forward when the two of you can be in the same room again taping together. Your husband was adorable hearing him in the back ground about your chocolate mousse. I’m not keto but am low carbs and sugar (90ish plus % of the time if I don’t indulge with chips and salsa or chocolate donut, or cinnamon roll. Those are my yummy weaknesses)

Yesterday I made Dr KellyAnn’s chicken and cauliflower rice soup. It was really delicious. I tweaked some of the spices, but you should check it out. I wish I’d bought two bags of rice, as it didn’t go very far. I have leftovers and am really looking forward to it. 😊

If you want recipies i have a few I love, the real thing KFC chicken but pls dont fry it its not the same will burn the flour before cook the chicken , air fryer pls , it is identical to kfc look for the recipe on low carb love channel and identical to white bread serios keto channel
I made some of that chocolate mousse a couple days ago. I had a bunch left over so I added 1 T of vodka, whipped it again and froze it for ice cream. The vodka keeps it from getting rock hard and you can't taste it.
I’ve been on low carb keto diet for 2 1/2yrs now. Sometimes I’ll do OMAD or I’ll eat 2 meals depending on the day. I’d rather do OMAD cuz eating 2 meals is kinda a bit much lol

You can also put them on a paper towel on a plate and microwave for a minute or less drain agian if needed makes great chips!
