Its easier to say then do, just know that your are not you thougts, the brain makes negtive thougts all the time, when you see that the thougt is bothering you, you can know that your brain producded it.
And then you can ignore it, and know its not you.
Almost every youtube video and website says this, everyone has intrusive thougts, we get to chooce to ignore it and know its not our core value
such a simple, short video that really sums everything about OCD up so well. it never ceases to amaze me just how common my OCD “fears” are, and how identical the language and tricks OCD uses amongst everyone who sufferers from it. The brain is capable of some truly crazy things. Thanks so much for this video !
