      I think he was very proud of himself, but i think he knew Jamaica wanted that gold and felt sad about not returning home with the gold. I'll say this, Kishane isn't going to lose against Noah the next time they race because Kishane has more potential and he won't have the pressure to win so he'll execute and run a 9.74 in a diamond league meet this year. That world lead is going down again this year. I'm calling it.

      @@hahafalseflag5090 This is the same guy who is always trying to sneak diss Bolt because he is jealous that Bolt was able to do what he never could. Powell has also said that Jamaicans are ungrateful and intimated that they should feel priviledged that he decided to live here. He also tried to publicky humiliate the mother of his daughter because she took him to court for child support and requested a DNA test for that same daughter who has his big nose, ans who he had previously claimed for years before the child support dispute. He also mercilessly cheated on/dogged out Yendi Phillips when they were together, among other things. So no he is not such a good person and people need to stop using those words so loosely.

    Let me weigh in if i may. First off im one of ETH's biggest supporters from the beginning. I have her ending her career with the 100m wr. So shes not done in my view BUT you have to understand Ato's point. ETH has been under alot of pressure over the last 10 years, mostly from her own hypocrite Jamaican people, on top of that there's the injuries. As a former top flight athlete, coach and now one of the most respected track analyst, i dont think ato was speaking from a place of malicious ill intent...just speaking to the possible reality.

      It is not what Oto said. It is how it was said.
      Franno was asked the same question.
      Franno coached Elaine.
      Franno said that Elaine can come back.
      So we find it strange and a total sell out of the Jamaicans after Franno saud that she can come back.
      Alot of athletes are jealous of Elaine unique talent.
      80 percent have nothing goid to say.
      Elaine is the best female sprinter.

    • @jalheeljalhe5799
      @jalheeljalhe5799 Месяц назад +4

      You did not get his point, this delay probably affected KT more than the others due to his first time at this stage. By watching his race you could see how he lost his form after 60m due to the stress. But I think what AP was meant tot say is that the delay did not affect KT alone, because on another podcast he rebuked the official for the delay and explained how the whole lineup was affected by the long wait and how that delay change the race itself. He gave a very good insight from the athlets standpoint, and said within 10s after presentation the athlets want to go straight at their starting blocks to run their race.

    I disagree 100% with Ato's assessment of Elaine's situation. However, what he said is not disrespectful or baseless. He is an analyst of the sport and came to that conclusion based on her age, her recurrent injuries and questions about her coaching situation. For me, the beauty of sports is that it often defies logic; it can be unpredictable, so no one can be certain what Elaine The Great will do in the future. But, I understand why an analyst would arrive at that conclusion.

      @@n8george Some of y'all talking about rules, and still don't know what the rules are..Just going after what others are saying.. I guess the rule only applies to some people. Kishane won that race.. And if you should go by the so-called rule, Kishane should also get gold because they ran the same time and shouldn't be determined by rounding off a few seconds by the agendas. Kishane entire body was over the line before Lyles, and why aren't we not seeing no angles of Kishane side, but only of Lyles.

      @@jamdum2290 Trust me, I know what the rules are. They haven't changed since the 60s. Torso has always been first and that's common knowledge in the track community. The fact that you don't know what proves you only watch track during the Olympics and you probably didn't even compete yourself. Thousandths have always been used to break a tie and the only way a true tie can happen is if they tie in thousandths too. This happened in the Beijing 08 women's 100m final where Sherone and Kerron tied for silver. I have a rebuttal to everything you say because I actually know what I'm talking about.

      Michael Frater won a silver in the World Championship
