The comment was inappropriate because Noah isn’t arrogant and loud, but while Tebogo isn’t loud, Noah has definitely been extremely arrogant and unsportsmanlike on the track in his older races! I find it amazing so many people are so disrespectful to Noah they do not know who Tebogo is. Just a year or two ago, this was the huge buzz that had everyone mad at Tebogo! But I thought exactly to my self that, I guess he probably meant "extrovert". His English is probably not quite at the level of a proper Brit or American.

Being honest, I think Layls is necessary for athletics. He brought more entertainment and attention to the sport, and he is one of the most consistent athletes in recent years.
