Apart from the above-mentioned fees , my extra 75k (one-time) has to be paid at the time of admission, and as far as I am aware, there is no hidden fees of 4lakhs

I like campus of Kalinga and its NIRF ranking is also good. But few people have commented negatively (like hidden charges, teachers are not good, etc.) for this college on your other video. You are a current student of this college and I am sure you would have also gone through this kind of dilemma as to which college to choose. Can you please guide me if Kalinga would be a good choice compared to other colleges mentioned above for MBBS admission? Thanks for your reply.
I won't comment upon any other college, but I can surely say one thing about KIMS that there are no hidden charges, and not all teachers in any college can be good ... rest, it's up to you ...

Being from North India (Greater Noida), I am inclined to join a college in UP, but I hear lots of things like fine culture, hidden charges, management issues, low patient flow etc. in UP colleges Considering these issues in UP colleges and based on your experience so far, which one you would suggest - a reasonably good college in UP or KIMS? This I am asking for the following reasons: (1) The fees in UP college is less and therefore pocket friendly; (2) language is not a problem in UP; (3) easy commutation (between college and home in UP). I know that due to fines/hidden charges, the total budget in UP college may also go in the similar range as in KIMS (not sure). So, could you please suggest based on your experience? By the way, is there any fine culture in KIMS? I guess, NO. Sorry for such a long query, but I would appreciate your reply. Taking a right decision at this stage is very important. Thanks again!
@gourabbansal4179 See firstly I am no one to decide your future ...but if you still want to know my opinion, then listen I belong to Uttarakhand and I was also inclined towards UP colleges because of all the above reasons mentioned by you but I still chose KIMS because of fews reasons 1. No hidden charges , although the fees seems to be higher then UP colleges but in reality they both almost cost the same. 2. Infrastructure, it is far better then many private colleges in India. 3. No ragging , no fine culture as such ..expect for the 1st yr when we randomly got a fine of 500 rupees for being absent in a class but I think 😂it's a negligible amt because baaki college me fine thousands me lagta hai 4. Our hostel ,we dont have to share a room with more then 1 person and there is attached washroom . I know it's something one can adjust with, but for me it was a major concern So because of these reasons I chose KIMS over other colleges but aisa nhi hai kims ke cons nhi hai koi , but I am more or less satisfied now ...bas I miss going home ...isliye thodha ghar ke pass hota mere toh I would have been more happy 😊 At last I would just stay agr UP me top ke 2-3 private college me admision mil rha hai toh badhiya hai warna worth nhi hai " *This is my Opinion* " I HOPE THIS HELPS 😪
