My own experience running was always: in mouth, out nose. Fastest speeds were all mouth. I think some of us are not built to be able to do 'all nose'.

Reminds me of what I've seen recently under an add for anime merch: it's not like I'm poor or anything. BAKA!
I don't say it about him, but many RUclipsr want ridiculous sums for as much as 5min video, or a coffee mug...

Merci pour cette vidéo, comme d'habitude elle était très intéressante et inspirante ;).
La respiration nasale est super importante, c'est une très bonne idée de l'amener comme ça, plus simple et confortable qu'un scotch sur la bouche ...

Good info as always, I have found that nasal breathing deeply has profoundly strengthened my core and my neurological systems.

I'll try this out, thank you for sharing. Changing planes, going to the ground, looks like an added challenge

I get two problems fast with breathing throw my nose:
    1) except for summer, I got sort of a chronic cold which coincides with my allergies (dust and grasses). It also comes with frequent nose bleeds and I've been to many doctors and they can't tell me what it is. All I know is that I stop functioning under 25°C...
    2) despite sweating profusely, I can overheat very fast leaving me panting like a dog.

edi chronic conditions are always exceptions. People with one arm use different juggling techniques than those with two. The research on nasal inhalation in particular however in healthy individuals is pretty conclusive.
