Ben Gurion Airport is Israel's main international airport and it is named after
our great leader, David Ben Gurion was the main founder and the first Prime Minister of Israel.

i love it when you look out the window and u see the shore and u know all the other people saw the land and they are happy. its amazing when u land and everybody clapping :) never seen it on any other flight only in israel.

I think you really have to live outside Israell to really appreciate arriving by plane to this country that is SO controversial SO CONSTANTLY in the media spotlight and yet flying over the featureless mass of the mediterranean sea and then finally seeing the lights of Tel-Aviv growing nearer in the distance is so strange almost magical!
Disclaimer: I am neither Jewish nor Muslim (Just thought I'd get that one out the way to avoid death threats from both parties!)

@Vitilevu23 You'll really love the view from the window as you fly into BenGurion. I always get choked up. And you'll be surprised how quickly the views of the city changes to fields and large towns -TA is a big city, but ''not really''.Hope you have a lovely time! At the moment we're having a kind of heatwave here, so hopefully you'll have lots of sun when you come..

It depends on whether you look at a city proper or an agglomeration. Tel Aviv is the biggest metro area. Jerusalem proper has more people just within the city limits. Nice video, by the way

Thanks for sharing your upload on most favorite place in the whole world: Beloved Israel. You have added greatly to my internal aching and homesickness for Israel. Somehow, G-d will get me back in His perfect time and way. I am wondering how you could video the landing from this distance within the aircraft, since all my flights will not even allow a camera out on the final approach to land.

@KhyberBoy09 I live in Israel and about going to Saudia : Don't worry about it, because we and Saudia NEVER had conflicts and wars, about Afaghnistan..not sure because they said A LOT of vicious stuff about us.
