Ask them why they invest so much time and effort in a species that will ultimately go extinct by nuke war or meteor crash or natural disaster or pandemic or something like that. If we certainly know that human species will be non-Existent in 10000000 years or 1000000000000000 years or 1 moment of time minus end date of the universe, then why multiply at all... Ask them what is the use of all that technology other than pleasures and then doing patchwork for the pains caused as a consequence of all those pleasures experienced by individuals...
