Good idea on garage door remote location. I guess my only concern would be moisture getting into remote. I used gray port for quick shifter. Works fine.

I did the door opener with outdoor rated velcro on my previous bikes. I can take it off whenever I need but even if it gets wet, just let it dry out and no issues. I didn't have any velcro this time but will change. Quick shifter is tempting 🤔 but no $ because I had a major issue during my break-in service. Vid coming soon...

Thanks for showing that non-intrusive spot for the USB port, I did the same on mine.

Thanks for the 2023 update on the 2 Aux ports! (I would certainly have tried the gray one for USB purposes and then would have been disappointed 😂 )

The grey port you were asking about is for the quick shifter. You can get an OEM Yamaha Quickshifter for the 23-24 its plug and play

OK. I see. There is another under the seat? Didn't see that one, I'll check that out.

Connecting an ecm scanner/ code reader plugs under the seat. Should look into CB racing case savers covers left / right, water pump and water outlet.

I just ordered that wind screen. I hope it deflects a little air when tucked at highway speeds.
Also I believe one of those electrical connectors if for the quick shifter. Its suppsed to be plug & play.
As for the stock exhaust, I saw a couple videos where people remove the tip cover and drill a few small holes.
I have this exact bike & did it myself. I also sprayed the heat shields with high temp black paint to match the bike. I drilled 3 holes & it sounds better and I haven't noticed any issues with how the bike performs/ MPG.

You mean the small windshield I have on mine? Does almost nothing but does look good. Your exhaust sounds good but probably not gonna mess with exhaust til warranty is over.

One port is AUX power for OEM USB that is on 2A fuse, the other one is for OEM heated grips and is not switched by a relay.

@Deceptolon Others said the 2nd port is for the quick shifter. So if I get the OEM Heated Grips then I can plug it in there? Do you know where I can get the OEM heated grips that plugs into it? I'm in the USA and can only find the one that wires to the battery...
