the tool that came with the cleaning kit doesn’t fit properly :/ its a bit small and the edges aren’t “sharp” enough to rotate the screws…

There is a little black plastic ring with a beak that came with the pump, we don't know what to do with it. Can't find it in any of your vids either what this part is? And there is no manual that came with the replacement pump.
I got all the tools in the world from renovating my house and not even one screwdriver will rotate the screws even if it's the same size :/
