I just received mine. It's the color i ordered and there are no imperfections. I filled up the base deep enough so kitties can drink from the base also. My cat hasn't stopped drinking from it since i turned it on. I also want to Thank the customer service. They were so nice and friendly. Due to an incorrect address via my paypal account my parcel made it to Canada, Ontario is my home, but fedex couldn't deliver it due to incorrect address(po box) so it was sent back to Miaustore. Miaustore didn't have my phone number either. I emailed customer service and they confirmed it was at there location so they sent it again with my corrected address. They even gave me a partial payment back to me although the mistake wasn't theirs. It's a wonderful addition to my home, can't wait to meditate beside it listening to the bubbling waterfalls. Thank you Miaustore
I bought this fountain and motion sensor and was excited to get it. I'm trying to get some help because the fountain doesn't work properly, but you can only email or message them. I added the 10 year of replacement parts but all they do is send me links to videos. I want the thing to work it wasn't cheep. I'm so disappointed in this product. I haven't even tried the Motion sensor yet because the water pump isn't working correctly.
I commanded it march 6th, ans i received it today. But it's all wrong, the color isn't the one i wanted and the tray is leaking. I'm waiting for an answer from miaustore. I've been really unlucky !
They finally sent me an other fountain in good color and i hadn't to send us the first one because it's leaking. So this is great. But the color is more Green than turquoise...
Maybe its the new batch? The older galaxy batch seemed to be more black, but the one i have is slighty brown + they changed the photos on the website. Im just upset i dont have my cat grass cup
@@amedenfant9037 when they sent you the new fountain, is it the whole fountain or just the base? I brought the 10 year warranty and theres a deep scratch in the glazing and a chip, so im hoping for a replacement as thats a weakness in the fountain and the hole can harbour bacteria. They did say theyd send a cat cup free of charge which is nice as that was originally in my order.

Oshu Nea pour les chats c’est mieux de l’eau légère, le résidu fixe doit être bas.
