Hello, yes it is still working well for me. My husband every now and then cleans the filter properly to maintain the best possible flow. And we still use filtered water as tap water is really hard which is not good for the filter. No noise. My cat still likes it too. So I am happy with the fountain. Only that you definitely need to change water way more often than it stated in the description if you want it to stay clean. But that's no problem for us. However, we have stopped using the food bowl as it is not deep enough and food goes everywhere and the cat grass used to grow mould inside. By the way we have been using it for almost a year now.

Not only did the fountain NOT work but I just saw that the pump was made in CHINA!! What a surprise. I will never, knowingly buy anything made in China. Miaustore, you screwed up.
Even all the major companies make their parts or the whole product in China, unfortunately, it is very difficult to avoid that nowadays. Especially with all the electronics. This cat fountain works well for me though, and I haven't seen a better alternative elsewhere yet, but maybe it's just my luck. Maybe just the food bowl and cat grass container didn't work for me, and water in the fountain has to be changed much more often than expected. But I want to note, that I am not a part of Miaustore nor their representative. Thus, you should truly write your reviews to the official website or try contact them directly for any issues.

But after the first one arrived broken (not their fault most likely) then even following the YT. directions to get it put together, it took all afternoon to get it going. Guess what? My cat has yet to drink from it. I had high hopes.
I purchased a fountain from their website for $114.00, then the next week they offered the exact same set up on Etsy for $90.00. I contacted the company and they just said. Ya, too bad for you, we are sorry. Not great customer service. I paid $25 more for the exact same fountain from their own website (which saves them from paying etsy’s fees) and they didn’t seem to want to make it fair for me at all. I hadn't even received my fountain yet before they started offering the huge discount. If anyone wants the email chain I’ll gladly forward it to you.
If you go to a clothing store and buy an expensive coat and next weekend they start a huge sale in that store, you can't really demand they give you the same sale either. Because you bought it outside the sale.
