I didn't receive all the parts. I took it out of the box and moved it into the garage. I just got the largest 'bowl' and two smaller water fountain platforms. Doesn't work without the tallest platform. What a waste of a lot of money.
I was wondering because I like this color. I’m in the US and bought the blue one. It looks fantastic. I set the flow slider to low because the dishes were filling up too fast and overflowing. Works great.
How do you get your battery pack to stay on with such low voltage?
It pulls over three watts. Plenty for most packs to stay on.

Not needed for these glazed ceramic ones. Just replace water and wash occasionally.
