- Unplug the fountain and disconnect USB from the plug.
Pull the plastic Top and disconnect the tube.
Lift the tallest tower and pull out the pump.
Disconnect the silicon tube from the pump.
Soak the pump in vinegar
or warm water
or water with dishwashing soap
to loosen the dirt.
Rinse the pump.
Open the tap and hold the pump under running water.
Use a small bottle brush , safety pin ur a toothpick to clean out all the cavities.
Clean the ceramic towers and the base by hand or in a dishwasher.
Assemble the pump by attaching the silicon tube to the pump
Then pass the tube through the hole on top of the tower from inside the tower.
Connect the plastic Top.
Pass the usb wire through the hole on the side of the tower.
Fill the base with water till the top.
Cleaning is recommended once a week.

So far my experience has not been good with this company. So this video goes along with their horrible customer service. The need to take pride in a product that should be a great product.
@@kristisanchez May I ask you why? I have bought the fountain, followed the instructions of this video for cleaning the pump but it has a strange smell even if I wash it always, on weekly basis..
Eine wöchentliche Reinigung in Essig ist lachhaft. Es wurde vergessen, einen kleinen Filter mit einzubauen und dieses Video soll die Lösung sein.
Meine Pumpe war nach zwei Wochen defekt, da sich Haare darin verfangen haben, was das einmalige Spülen in Essig nicht verhindern konnte.
Ich empfehle jedem, eine Filtermatte zuzuschneiden und diese unter die Pumpe einzusetzen. Das müsste das Problem mit Haaren lösen.

malheureusement le trou sur la grande tour n a pas ete fait assez grand
donc je vous ai achete une nouvelle pompe vous m avez envoyé celle de la
vidéo le bloc blanc et tuyau rigide MALHEUREUSEMENT le trou de la
grande tour DONC n etant pas assez grand aucun tuyau ne passe donc je ne
peux pas l installer ma main a vraiment du mal a passer dans la tour,
et je me retrouve avec me prendre la tete meme si vous me l avez
remboursé cela ne RESOUT RIEN en fait, le tROU DE LA TOUR PRINCIPALE LA
GRANDE
I always disassemble the motor to clean it. Then I clean each part (including the impeller) separately with dish detergent and warm water. Then reassemble it. I do this while the fountain parts are in the dishwasher.
I just rince off the fountain parts imo dishwasher is overkill.
Does your pump have screws holding it shut? The only way to open mine up is to unscrew it. Not sure if I should do that.
What a terrible quality. Its the most bad Customer service i have ever seen. and then a video with 240p?
My original pump was the easier one to clean but it didn’t work so they replaced it with this pump with is a pain in the butt to clean. Sigh. Now my water flow sucks.
This is a different model than the one I have this ones better.

idem pour moi, achat en aout 2019 et la pompe ne fonctionne plus, les nettoyages n'ont rien donné
j ai acheté la fontaine en aout 2019 et aujourd'hui la pompe ne fonctionne plus alors que je l'ai déjà nettoyée sans problème, j'ai demandé à la société que l'on me change la pompe et m'a répondu en m'indiquant les tests qu'il fallait faire malgré tous les essais la pompe ne fonctionne toujours pas. J'attends que la société me donne une solution en espérant qu'elle me change la pompe. Il existe une garantie d'un an, donc je suis confiante. A suivre
Idem pour moi. J'entretiens m'a pompe régulièrement, comme préconisé et malgré ça elle ne fonctionne plus non plus. Avez vous eu une réponse de la société ?
