Thank you!
Very interesting...thank you!
Thanks for sharing guys
Thank you Tony!
Mi piace multo! Viva Santa Agata!!!
SI VIVA SANT AGATA!
You made a great job and great pronunciation in Italian . Only thing is ,both minne and minnuzze is Sicilian for tette ( teats) ... Something that ends with uzzo/a/e/I in Sicilian is an affectionate version of the original word , nearly a smaller version ,so minnuzze is like saying teaties instead of teats ( minne )
Thank you that means a lot to me !!
@@EszterVajda you’re welcome , I appreciated a lot this video , there aren’t many about the festivity of saint Agata in English . I sent it to some of my international friends .
Feliz Fíesta de Santa Agueda de Catania! 🎉 05-Feb-2021
Greetings from the Philippines 🇵🇭
Please pray for me 😅
잘 보았습니다~ salute💕💕
Thank you for these videos on Sicily, specifically! I’ve always wanted to go there. Are the Catholics there religious, meaning they attend weekly Mass, or are these traditions more cultural?
Thank you ! Sicilians are very serious about their religion and do attend weekly mass!
Jen not really , just like everywhere else in the world some are religious some are not . Saint Agata festivity is very much like Christmas here , so not necessarily a religious thing , it’s nearly an event that reminds you that spring is nearly happening ... I’m from Catania and I’ve been raised atheist and like me many others . It’s a myth that Italians are that religious . These traditions are defiantly more cultural and I don’t know anyone who attend mass weekly. No even the most religious ones . It’s pretty rare and maybe in the older generation to attend weekly mass .
@@salvolondon Thank you for your response. It’s interesting to learn how religion and culture truly are from an inside perspective.
