Honestly, these Tina and Tofu boards are such great value for their money. If anyone is unsure if they want to spend hundreds on a case for a low volume custom board, these are the perfect way to see if it's something you'd like.
I absolutely love these maxkey keycaps there my favorite and that coating seems to dampen them more then most maxkey keycaps and that's nice because there super loud usually and I love certain coatings other shit ones I dont kkke

_stress._ YOK Red Pandas are a great switch for making Holy Panda switches - the stem of a Halo switch in the housing of a BSUN GSUS, Invyr Panda, and now the YOK Red Panda housing. The switches are a linear switch that come with the black stem as pictured. The spring weight is 60g bottom out with a 50g actuation.
how often should you lube your switches and stabs? im going to build my first custom soon, thinking about the DZ60rgb with arrow layout im feel confident enough to lube and put together the stabs just very nervous to do the switches, im thinking of getting creams or gateron ink blacks, thanks :)

Taeha, when you say durability is an issue for hotswap, its still easier to swap the socket when it breaks after 100 swap then anything else. I had a bad batch of cherry mx and they started to chatter one by one every week or so.... Nothing would have been easier than to throw a single bad switch to the trash, and push a new one in
Did you ever figure out what the input dropping issue was? I am having the same issue with the same board. I am very comfortable with soldering, I just wanted the convenience of the hot swap sockets if they were the issue.

they’re not actually crooked, they just look like that from this angle. The key cap profile isn’t universal throughout the keyboard. Each row is slightly different in height and angle
I know what different key cap profiles are. They are not running straight in the case... you can look at the gap around the outside of the keys in the case and see they are resting uneven with the case itself. It’s crooked

I guess the good thing about a Hotswap pcb is that you can always take the switches out and use a normal pcb and solder them together.
