Ive been following your trip. I am 73. I have been married 50 years almost to the day. the fist several years of our marriage we car camped across the country east, to west and back. To this day we think it was one of the most wonderful times of our lives. Later came careers, children, pets, mortgages etc. all of which was wonderful. Now we have 6 grandchildren and we are both retired. We look back on those early years with fondness. One of my projects this winter is to digitize all the slides I shot of basically the same country you have been traveling through. Life is good. Enjoy. By the way, I ride a Triumph Bonneville T100 and a Royal Enfield Classic 350. Love your bikes. You guys are great. Later in life we got into canoe tripping. I think you would love canoe tripping. It is very similar to motorbike camping, but much wilder. Look into it. Like biking you do need to get some skills. But, I am sure you can do it.
Completely agree with the headline! I’m from the Adirondack mountains in upstate NY and I feel the same here, mountains and twisty roads are built for two wheels
Great Desert Ride. Love the colours and rock hill shapes. Pretty cool that Hollow Mountain Store. Nice to see some of the desert critters. Great video. Thanks you.
That was a quick 14 minutes ! Two lovely young people, high school sweethearts, who marry and stick with each other through the years while traveling the country on motorcycles. Yours is a wonderful story and your videos are beautiful. My wife and I are devoted to each other as well and it truly warms my heart to see it in younger people. PS, snakes, lizards, big bugs... And flip flops? You're a braver man than I am! 😉✌️
Absolutely amazing scenery guys....wow. Man you guys are lucky to be able to do trips like that....hopefully when my daughter grows up and gets her own life I'm not to old to do a trip similar...lol
Watching before i ride 4 hours one way to TX and back today...just because on my 2007 Road King Custom. No windshield, no distraction and I'll be thinking of you guys again... you're inspiring!!! . I rode across KS, OK, TX and NM over 100 degrees before... not exactly fun but you guys made it look like a grand adventure!👍💯
@thejerseyj5479 i was so ready to give up the fairing bikes when my wife decided she wanted to quit touring with me. 2 Ultras and 2 Limiteds. The last was a M8 Limited and I was so happy to go back to the 2007 RKC with the Twin Cam, the nice shake in the bars, and most important...the open front to feel and see and be a part of it all again!
I took a 2200 mile round trip to Sturgis from Wisconsin this year on my Fatboy inspired by you two. Camped the whole way. Keep it up. The best motorcycle adventure channel out there. 👍🏻👍🏻
Hello from Germany 🙋♂️ Great video once again Even the sound is better Very nice scenery and bikes 😎😎 I crossed the USA 4 times in the 1980 and 90ties. Took me almost three years all in all. Was a gorgeous time, my life-university 😊 Great to watch you doing the same 🙋♂️👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Hot damn! Just goes to show, any bike will take you on an adventure when pointed in the right direction and the West is the Best! I grew up in Snohomish county, lived in the Teton's, and now reside in Southwest Colorado, so yer video was a trip down memory lane for me:) It was refreshing to NOT be subjected to a 20 minute infomercial on the latest and greatest 'must have' gear for touring. You guy's compliment each other for sure so hang onto your filming perspective, as it's what makes yer video so appealing (imo). All the Best!!!!! Colorado, USA
Saturday morning, having my mornin' Timmy's, waiting for it to warm up a bit before heading out for a ride to see Ontario's Fall foliage display!! Love you kids riding adventures, well done!! The little Enfield does just fine!
Ha Ha Ha , I love the way you film a snake and then the next scene your putting your feet into your flip flops. I would have turned them upside down just to make sure 🙂 Great video and travels as always. Regards, David
I always love the vibe of your videos. Good travel, good scenery, and simple pleasures. I must say I do wonder if you have full time jobs because you seem fortunate to have plenty of time for travel. Peace from a fan in Connecticut, USA.
Great scenery. Utah is beautiful. Been without a bike for a couple of months. Totaled it when a deer hit me. Want to get another street glide. Been looking around. Watching this video wants me to get one even sooner.
ahhhh .... nah-ice! you really had fun in those turns! I was riding my Road King in Utah in May and stopped so many times to take pictures or enjoy the scenery..... The road from Moab to Cisco is spectacular, it was early morning .... next year I plan to ride the great river road. It will be different, probably more people around, but I have never been in the South.
Thanks for another awesome video. Incredible scenery, I hope I can get there one day. Been unable to ride for months/ almost a year with back issues. Hoping I can ride again some day, but til then this is the nearest thing. Keep it up, always excited for your videos!
@joymachinetheshow thank you. Hoping to have surgery soon, then hopefully will be able to ride again. Underscores the importance of what you guys are doing, cos you never know when your last ride might be. So, so important to just be out there riding hey! Keep it up, love all that you guys do!
My wife and I did a recent trip. We went to Crater Lake, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, and Capital Reef Park. And then went back to Portland OR. We loved it all One question I have. I'm looking for a new helmet, how do you feel about the ones you have? Looking for something retro.
The biltwell gringo s I think is good for the price. It’s simple, styling is good. Probably compared to bell the quality is not as good but the price is good. Nika really likes her bell bullit but says it is on the loud side. Would recommend though. Thanks for watching!
@@keetlarsson970 These two are a blast to watch. Takin the Ol Electra Glide out today 11/18 probably the last ride till March😢 Cold settin in this week. Snow flurries in two days. lol.
@@joymachinetheshow haha thanks I noticed the graphics and I liked it, my girlfriend does surf-themed illustrations and that will be a great source of inspiration! Thank you for your videos, they're really great btw
Switch to 80% or above wool sock blends if you haven't already to fix your blisters (I recommend Darn Tough) or if your dead set on new boots check out Nicks Handmade Boots you wont regret it. Literally the last pair of boots ill ever own
I have been noticing around here for the last few years that them buzz worms don’t rattle like they used to and a guy could almost step on one if your not paying attention. That was a rattlesnake in your video right ?
I realize everybody has their preferred riding position, but I'm wondering if Niki is comfortable all day in that forward leaning, sort of cafe' style riding position? Just curious.
She was a bit nervous about going so far on the cafe style bike but actually was surprised by how comfortable she was! No longer worried about doing distance on it.
one thing I like about your channel other than the trips, is the lack of vulgar language. people don't have to be vulgar to make a point. thanks
Totally agree
i fking agree to your point man..

Very cool, we have family who have done some cool canoe tripping as well and sounded great! Thanks for watching and for the kind words . Cheers 🍻
One of my favourite motorcycle channels, authentic and real. I look forward to your next video.
So nice to see young people living life. Great times

Not too shabby. The best parts are Scenery, Riding, and not talking. Every single video of motorcycle traveling was birthed by EASY RIDER!

Utah is definitely one of my favorite states. We hiked the canyons three summers. Then skied the mountains three winters.
Yeah we agree 👍

Free Spiderwoman! She deserves risers and better handlebars. Cafe riding in the west is outlawed! 😮

Hallo, Welche Kamera hast du benutzt für diese aufnahmen?
We use an insta360 x3, a Sony hx99, and a go pro
I love you guys's videos but I wish you would explain where you're at what highways you're on what national parks are in clearly clearly thank you
Yes. Show us the routs on a paper map
Yeah, we would have liked to do more showing the route but it’s tough to remember on a long trip. Will try though next time.
I have been noticing around here for the last few years that them buzz worms don’t rattle like they used to and a guy could almost step on one if your not paying attention. That was a rattlesnake in your video right ?
I wasnt sure if it was a rattlesnake or not but I definitely steered clear haha
Break down and buy some water proof, steel toed Red Wings. They are the best boots for motorcycling.
Yeah Nika has red wings and loves them too, maybe I will.
One q! Why does niko sit on the tank end ? Is it something to do with the dynamics or riding technique?
She just likes to tuck up like that, just comfortable for her. Thanks for watching!
I realize everybody has their preferred riding position, but I'm wondering if Niki is comfortable all day in that forward leaning, sort of cafe' style riding position? Just curious.
She was a bit nervous about going so far on the cafe style bike but actually was surprised by how comfortable she was! No longer worried about doing distance on it.
what helmet is the dude wearing?!
Biltwell gringo s
You know she's riding a fine motorcycle but I sure would like to see her on a Street glide she'd love a Street glide
What is the range of the Enfield?
Apparently 140 miles but we have not pushed it that far yet haha
