These make me remember a story that happened when I opened chrome, it logged out, I clicked it twice, and they both closed, and then later when I clicked Minecraft, epic games randomly showed up, except it was minimized, and I couldn't close it nor open it. Good times!

I haven't used Corel Draw, but Inkscape also has a function to "convert" pixel images to vectors. What it does is just approximate the image depending on values provided like how many colors/shades it's supposed to have different and how closely the final image should resemble it.
It's a good tool for the right situations, but what I'm assuming is happening here is that that dotted background is just way more separate objects than the developers really accounted for, so for some reason a vertex of each ends up at 0,0

6:50 Lexi, you can absolutely convert bitmaps to vectors. How *well* it's done varies due to several factors (quality of the input image, settings used to trace, tolerance for wonky results), but I do it all the time in Inkscape so that I can put custom images onto 3D prints.

1:57 the dino tracker is a website made to promote jurassic world dominion, it shows sighting of dinosaur in the real world, now, considering the fact a dinosaur attacked or hit the server of the dinotracker, we can figure out actual clues to make an assumption on what did this based on region and behavior of dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures. Since we don't know which server got hit and where, we can make guesses based upon countries.
1. East United states,
looking at the sightings of what dinosaurs are spotted, we can see Ankylosaurus, the ptreasaur ptreanodon, stegosaurus, carnotaurus, gallimimus, apatosaurus just ust outside the border, and velociraptor for some reason. With these suspects for this part of region, we can outline creatures that can't be able to do such acts and make a assumption on how it happened for that region. Suspect 1&3 Ankylosaurus and stegosaurus, the same kind of scenario can easily happen for both species, it's likely a lone member was walking around and gets spooked by personal surveillance of the building at which the server is. In an attempt to make the personal leave, the individual would have likely charged at the building and broke the wall, where the server is, to the ground with its side. Then the creatures runs away when it sees more humans in the server room. Suspect 2, pteranodon, a pteranodon most likely either build a nest on the top of the building, causing a large amount of signal blockage. The other scenario is that the pterasaur easily could have charged through the building's entrance seeing humans entering it and knocked down a bunch of things. Suspect 4 Carnotaurus, from what we know of the carnotaurus, it's an ambush predator, and if it loses the element of suprise it will either charge or run away if the prey is able to defend themselves or is too fast. This mean I feel the scenario is more like this. The DFW were able to find a lone, wounded, baby carnotaurus and took it back to home base to nurse it to health, after this, the carnotaurus parent clearly noticed the missing child and followed the juvenile's scent to the building and try to free its young, crashing the server in the process. Suspect 6 Apatosaurus, it most likely got spooked and hit some signal towers in the midst of its fear. Suspect 7 Velociraptor, there are many scenarios of how this could go down, but a lot of them other creatures already showcased so here the unique one, the some lone velociraptors find the building late at night an inspect it, these raptors and being supervised by the monitors, but nobody is watching them for some reason regarding the staff. The mentioned velociraptors are searching for a new nesting ground since the other was most likely destroyed. They quietly inspect the room, one of them knocks something over on accident, and a red alarm blares. They get panicked and leave the building through the door they used to enter.
2. Western United states,
Our suspects are, nasutoceratops, allosaurus, tyrannosaurus Rex, apatosaurus, compsaugnathus, mosasaurus, ankylosaurus, stegosaurus,pteranodon, and parasauralophus. We have already explained most of these dinosaurs so stuff we already said will be applied. Suspect 1, nasutoceratops, this creature most likely was fighting against some certain different lizard and ran off to hit a building or a signal tower on the run, real quick since this is getting long and I have other stuff to do I'm putting a slight pin in this, I want yall to put your own theory real quick for me to evaluate and I'll edit this comment a later time.

8:30 It's hard to explain but, tf2 runs on source and source has a certain way of figuring out what to put on a non existant skybox. Basically it takes the previous frame and puts it as the skybox. So if you look around all the healthbars of teammates, hud ect all get smered. And the longer you stay in the hitbox, the more chaotic the screen becomes.
For example, the 2 big white lines are what would usually bean effect of a team capturing a point, where the control point symbol would slowly rise up the screen. But since the screen overlays each frame, it becomes a cancerous white line (reason it fades at the top)
0:32 saw a glitch similar to this at my high school a year ago. The screen glitched out, so it said "helped eliminate waste from [ (((((((] disposable plastic bottles"

Well you can convert raster images to vector.. I assume it works by using an algorithm to detect edges and color shifts and create paths based on said edges. It's... Okay... Sometimes. You have to do a bunch of path editing to make it look accurate again, but it's a good starting point.

I remember I was playing Spyro 3 on my PS3 (The ps classic digital release of the ps1 version) and it hard crashed... so hard that not only did it do that loud buzzing noise but it also froze the game and it started turning very, very weird colours, slowly and gradually washing out until it was just grey on grey and you could still make it out with shading. I never hadcut happen again, and I wish I was recording it. It was mesmerizing in its visuals. Never had it happen again.

just wanted to let ya know - the png to vector transformation does actually exist in a useable manner!!
it seems to work reasonably well, in a couple programs - i had to do it in Adobe Illustrator for some of my school projects (art school lmao). it's not a perfect swap, but it's generally able to categorize the patterns/relationships and use them to recreate the image in a vector format, for easier scaling for larger artworks/logos/billboards and stuff like that! :)))

Graphics drivers and libraries love to reuse resources and buffers are never zeroed out, so if a program isn't drawing into the entire space it's expected to use the remaining part is usually filled with the last couple frames of whatever last used that space. I get this on RUclips all the time, when I start a video with a different aspect ratio from the last (including ads) it's glitched and I need to lock and unlock my phone to reload everything.
A lot of games frick up when you exit and re-open it in the middle of loading. It's hilarious
