I have an easier way of making the Caramel take 1/3C.Brown Sugar light or dark place in pot add 1/3C.Butter Unsalted/Salted place on Medium High heat to melt then 1/3C at a time up to 1C.add Miniature Marshmellows in 3 installments to make 1C.stir 1st 1/3C til melted then the next & next.This makes 1/2C.Caramel mixture.This is also great for Pecan Pie or Apple pie you can also flavor with Water Enhancer Orange Vanilla or just Tang water enhancer a few squirts of it.I'm not sure what the amounts would be when making your version.You would probably get 3-4 Candy bars from this.It's really delicious super easy to make & probably better as health goes.Place in fridge to cool 1st you might have to add an extra cup of mini marshmellows to get the right consistency or maybe 1 Tablespoon less of Butter.When in fridge it sets really nice.You have to try this I swear by it.Please let me know.

Also maybe for the nougat part use Marshmellow Fluff & 1 package of instant pudding Chocolate/Vanilla flavored.
