If you mean the boy at the very beginning, it is Jamie Bell from the original non musical Billy Elliot film. It was filmed before the musical was written.
@racetracksgoil- actually Kiril and David didnt join the cast untill after this..... these were all of the London Billys and the one you might be mistaking David for is Liam Redhead.
