Just bought some of these new collection. I tried eye pencil this morning and I want to return all items back to Macy’s. Eyeliner can’t compare to liquid eyeliner. The color came out make my under eye look so dirty. I rather use shiseido or stilla liquid eyeliner. It stay clean and last until you wash it off.
It’s meant to be blurry and smudged, not “clean”
the whole collection is smoky and dirty.... you wont get a perfect line as with liquid.
