@VGPorage I know because my backlog is so huge I've got sealed cases from 6/7 years ago and I know I'm not in the minority on that. I could literally not buy a new game for close to a decade and never run out of stuff to play. (And that's before taking replays and trophy hunting into account)
As much good as the triple AAA gaming industry collapsing, indies as a whole need to step up their game and actually take long term risks that will pay off. There’s no room for slacking off neither to celebrate too early.

Have been. Problem is about a third of game developers (allegedly) are third-wave feminists or trans-individuals. They are basically ant-social shut-ins who never have to face the consequences of face to face interaction.
There's people in my community that have different views than me but we're still friends as we all have a common ground, and they're not like these fools who clearly don't understand that their death threats are one of the few restrictions and violations of the First Amendment, and can get them prison time for five years or a fine.
This is why I don't really use social media. I've seen one person getting fired over Facebook with my own eyes and that was still in a time before most of progressive mentally ill crazy stuff happened.
