Yes, there's no way Charlie by himself would know Dan's schedule down to the quarter hour. Only Wendi knows his daily schedule. It's all circumstantial evidence though. Charlie and/or Donna would have to testify against Wendi. If Wendi is arrested and charged, who gets custody of the two boys? Donna's biggest fear is probably the Markel family getting custody of the boys and that by itself could prevent her from testifying against Wendi.

Apparently, there are a select few that either don't know, they don't care or think the calls aren't actually monitored. Well, they may not be monitoring every call, but in high profile cases like these, they ARE monitored or at the very least, vetted by the jail or the prosecutor for anything incriminating or possible criminal acts.
For the Adelson's to think these calls would never see the light of day, just shows their ignorance AND arrogance.
As for all who were involved, BOTH his mother and father, as well as Wendi were complicit in the ENTIRE plot to kill Dan.

Nah she's going down. It was always going to go this route. Charlie first. Then Donna. Then her. People were declaring that the entire family had escaped justice just a couple of years ago when none of them had been arrested yet at that point, but all the while the prosecution was biding their time and working on making sure they didn't get away with it.

[Also, The hitmen knew Dan Markel's schedule that day. Wendi had to have relayed Dan's schedule to her mother or brother. Arrest her for conspiracy to murder. ]

Yes, there's no way Charlie by himself would know Dan's schedule down to the quarter hour. Only Wendi knows his daily schedule. It's all circumstantial evidence though. Charlie and/or Donna would have to testify against Wendi. If Wendi is arrested and charged, who gets custody of the two boys? Donna's biggest fear is probably the Markel family getting custody of the boys and that by itself could prevent her from testifying against Wendi.

And here me out, Mr. Markel decided he also wanted to get supervised visitation for Donna if she wants to see her grandkids and THAT was when Dan signed his own death certificate he took it to far Charlie and Harvey weren't letting him get away with it!! Anyways, Wendi has a Sense of innocence in her conscience because she knows what really got Dan killed wasn't what he was doing to her but what he planned to do to Donna.
And also she would have had to disclose fraudulent financial information to the court which means disbarrement.
