Joss has had Drusilla in PLENTY of episodes of Buffy AND Angel. There just wasn't a need to overuse the character. Also, Juliet has other projects that she does. Joss WANTED her to be in an episode in Season 3 with Spike but he couldn't do it so he just brought James Marsters back. And that kind of finalized where Drusilla stood with Spike so they sent Spike into a different path throughout the series but Juliet came back MANY times in flashbacks and such and in present times in Angel.
God is there something Juliet isn't good at? Dancing, acting, singing. Beautiful voice.
Juliet should definitely consider an endeavor in the music business. She is fabulous.
