Hello. 6 days ago I bought an Entina Tina2 printer. Today it started to malfunction. The filament does not stick to the bed. I've tried many things and nothing has worked. I have even glued one of the adhesives that came with the printer to the base. I would like your help to solve this, since I am happy with the operation of the printer and I want to continue using it. But if it is not solved, I will return it, since it has only been 5 days of use and it does not have to work badly. Thanks in advance!

      Hello.
We have received your question, from your description may be the printer nozzle and the platform gap is too large to cause the problem of non-stick model, the cause of this may have the height of the proximity switch is too high, causing the nozzle can not reach a reasonable position, or the Z-axis offset is not well adjusted. Proximity switch is best positioned 4mm from the build plate, the printhead is about 2mm from the printing platform, adjust the Z-axis offset you can use A4 paper to adjust the distance of the printhead, when pumping the paper a little resistance distance is the best! At the same time you can check the printer in use when the proximity switch light is on, the coupling distance has not been stretched too far. After a long transport printer parts configuration may occur some errors in the end of the failure of the generation!
If possible can you send a video of the printer working? So that we can know exactly how the fault problem is caused.

Please do not worry, we will definitely solve your problem!

@@ENTINA3D I have sent the email, and have not received any response. The printer has only been in use for 5 days and it no longer works. I hope you solve this for me as soon as possible and support responds to the email. The use of the printer has been normal, and it does not stick the filament to the base now. Thanks in advance.
