    Hows it bro, can you give us some practice plan type content? eg. 1 hour session on ball striking, with how the hour would be structured, cheers brother

      This was my issue until recently and the transition down is what I am trying to work on now. the rolling of my forearms really made it hard to fix this issue and it became quite awkward to transition now that my club was in the right position at the top.

      Pitching from 50-100yds. I suck at this and it costs me so many strokes a round!
