I mean to be fair, thats the way it is and i have no problem with new system with new rules but rn there are no rules and there is a very unfair system in place. There is a coach out there that would do much better at FSU with a new system in place we need to find that person though
In the modern era of college football, that is post WWII, no team in D1/FBS has either won a National Championship or had an undefeated regular season and failed to win at least 1/3 of it's games the following season. You have to go all the way back to 1939 Michigan Team that went (1-7) after winning the championship the prior year. More recently the 2019 LSU Tigers followed up with a (5-5) season, LSU is the first reigning champion to not finish with a winning record since 1967 M-State. Given the balance of the schedule it's likely FSU will finish no better than 3-12, a 25% win rate, which is, as percentage of games played, worse than 1939 Wolverines.
He is lost without JT and has rolled the dice on the Transfer portal which has finally shown its true face in building an elite program. There is a reason players go to the Portal and it applies to the majority of those players. You’re not going to find those elite players like last year. That was an anomaly, not the norm.
