So she turned a 6 shooter into not-a-6 shooter anymore. Instead of modifying an antique samurai sword into a lightsaber, just build a lightsaber and keep the sword on the wall for nostalgia. Just build a raygun, or better yet simply point out that instead of disintegrating a target in a nano second a .45 Long Colt will just blow one big hole in you and give you a little time to think about your F-up before slipping your mortal coil. And they can be easily mass-produced. Sometimes simplicity works better than ingenuity. The psychology of knowing your dispatch won't be instantaneous if a human guns you down is more powerful than a disintegration ray gun.
The phrase "testament to human ingenuity and resilience", or any other permutation of "testament this or that", is so utterly overplayed. It's simply annoying now.
On a technical level it's fine. Even pretty well written. Interesting and fairly entertaining. No denying that. But there is also something just fundamentally wrong in the story. Something profoundly wrong. It would probably take a story from another sci-fi writer to fully explore what is so wrong and so dangerous about it.

It would seem, to a rational mind, that 'tipping one's hand', showing an alien species that already derides us for our lower relative technology, that our technology could be higher than expected, and that we are more innovative than expected also, would be utterly foolish. Doing this to assuage one's embarrassment, or to join in the one-upmanship, isn't smart at all. This trajectory would be self-defeating.
Cheating! There must have been something unexpectedly impressive about the inherent original firearm that was unexpected! That's what this click bait's story header implied!
Not bad vor an AI generated story, but bad anyway. It always uses uses the same "buzzwords", like "ingenuity", "advanced", "intense", "relentless" and other superlatives. As a long-time scifi reader I must say: I don't like it! Btw the AI generated subtitles are a real pain.
The best stories are the ones thathave love narrators. After listening to this story it iscjust a permutation of other stoies. To mych repetition, t o much mentioning things like human ingenuity, resilience, innovation. Etc. The producers need to go back and read the best sci-fi books. The dialogue is painfully like any of these other stories. Very poorly done.
I dont even find a big fancy gun inpressive. I find a piece of leather and a peppel inpressive than said peppel travel at deadly speeds. Something so small can kill given engoth potential
But why does technology need to demonstrate destruction, or a threat? Why not something other than a weapon? How about something that showed creation, or healing, or feeding millions? Have we not demonstrated enough destruction? I'm sure a more benevalent technology would be more intelligent and command more respect.
Being AI it's not surprising that it ended up boring... But how is this woke? If it was woke, the humans would be justified as being inferior to the superior communist aliens. That and there would be more story beats about sexuality aswell.
Repeats during the story. Repeats during the story. Repeats during the story.
@@briankemp5206 Yes. It's like a child who has to write a 1000 word essay for class.
Did you notice that the A.I. repeats itself during the story? 😏

That's not modifying a gun... they made an entirely new weapon, lol.
Human ingenuity and resilience.
You guys need to change the AI prompt
I just clicked this video to get it out of my feed 😂
Well now you know where Doll man got his gun.
I like the script . It seems generic at the begining but quickly derails into some interesting provoking thoughts.
Thank you! Glad that you like the story.
Straight up made by chatgpt 😔
another AI generated story copied from another channel, really sad, some of these channels just repost the same batch of stories every month or 2

I was wondering why so many stories sounded the same. Is it Mostly AI Stories ?
Does your whine come with cheese and crackers?
Where are the men on this earth?
I do like that you use names from around the world. Mind "Patel" is as common in Canada as is "Smith"!! At least you try!

But at te end, the gun was to expensive, so they just go with an AK47

Cool story and very nice picture, like it

Childish story.

Badly written. Is that AI? Than we have nothing to fear...
Is this made by National Rifle Association?
More crap computer inconsistent spelling in putting audio to print
