- We caught up with the U.S. high school boys 4x100m national record squad from Humble Atascocita (TX) as they threw down a speed ladder and lactate workout ahead of the 2024 UIL championship season.
The Workout:
4xSpeed ladder
2x250m (Jelani Watkins)
1x450, 2x200m (Jordan Parker, Landon Fontenot and rest of 400m group)

48 in practice is crazy
casually split 48 and 49s in a 450 in high school
it’s crazy i can’t do that and i run 46 400
They definitely did not split 48 or 49 for 450 meters that’s sub 43 second 400 pace

@@WheeJonesmost likely sports. A lot of athletes transfer to get recognization, or even better coaching.
I think he means first year under that coaches training. The only one who transferred to Atascocita was Jelani the rest been there
