That’s a huge upgrade. Even if you have a iPhone 11 Pro Max, upgrading to the iPhone 15 Pro Max is a nightmare and day difference (at least to me).

The RAM upgrade made the biggest difference, because having apps constantly reloading is a huge plus. The chip on the 11 is no slouch!
For me the display and the cameras would make the difference, nothing else.

I just sold my iPhone X and ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’ve been using it for around half a decade. It was time. This was the most value for me.

I upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus to a 14 Pro Max. One of the best phone upgrades for me and it won’t be topped for me anytime soon lol.
I just upgraded to a 15 Pro from an iPhone 11 Pro, but it’s probably the oldest iPhone that isn’t completely outdated. It was the first iPhone with a massive jump in camera quality that still holds up, that alone kept it relevant to me.
I honestly only upgraded because I was switching carriers, but I could tell my 11 would have been perfectly fine for at least a few more years. It was starting to chug a bit in performance using apps, but I didn’t really notice or know any better so it didn’t bother me.

Still deciding whether to upgrade to the 15 Plus or 15 Pro Max from the iPhone 11. I'm used to the 60hz refresh rate and it doesn't seem much of an issue to me. However, testing both in person, one feature that stood out to me amongst all others is the Macro lens on 15 Pro Max. I like taking pictures, and although I don't see myself using the 25x digital zoom, I take a lot of close up pics, but people are suggesting I buy a macro lens accessory for the 15 Plus. Thoughts?

durability is a concern, I’ve dropped the 11 several times with no cracks, just scuff on the frame. I’ve seen videos on the 15 where it didn’t hold up too well

This is so timely for me. I’m getting my iPhone 15 pro max on Tuesday after putting off upgrades for the 13 and 14. I’m glad I waited. I probably could have waited longer but both my daughter and I had the 11s from when they originally released and she upgraded in November 2023, I opted for a dog instead😭. Finally I am getting my chance to upgrade and am so excited! (My younger girls 19, 17 and 13, all got iPhone 13s in 2022 so it felt backwards them having better phones then me🥴).
I’m tempted but the 16 is out in the fall.. I don’t know what to do 😊

Upgraded from 11 to 15PM, the differences are pretty nice! I use 144hz monitors on a daily so It was quite noticeable when using the 11, but what I really enjoyed was the OLED display technology; pixels either on or off, an extremely nice feature to have. Battery and camera systems are basically lightyears ahead in comparison. Magsafe is a nice bonus too :)

I'm still using iPhone 12 Pro Pacific Blue colour, I still think it's usable except for its battery health is already down to 78% on my iPhone. But in terms of usable it's still quite good tho. Lemme know when should I upgrade for the next phone.

I just upgraded my old 11PM to the New 11PM which a bought last October. As of now my battery health is currently sitting at 98%. Is that normal degradation for a 11PM which is basically 2-1/2 months old?. Thanks for answering.😊

I use a iPhone 11 and I have had it for 3 years. I love this phone still, it’s still a great phone. The battery health is at 83 percent. But tomorrow is the day that I get my iPhone 15 pro max! I can’t wait my friends have the iPhone 12 Pro Max, 15 pro, 12 and the 12 pro max I love it! So when I get my 15 pro max tomorrow I know it will be amazing. Another thing is like you mentioned I do have to charge my phone 2 times a day and sometimes 3 times. I think that is a bit ridiculous, but I do use my phone a lot so I think the iPhone 15 pro max will be able to handle my usage!

I’m guessing that, just like my XS, the iPhone 11 will lose access to the latest iOS this year. Have to say, if that wasn’t the case, I’d just be replacing my battery. However, as I’m now having to upgrade, I have two choices. If Apple releases the new iPad Mini in the first half of the year, I’m looking at getting a 13 Mini. If that’s not the case, I’m looking at the new Titanium Pros.

Verizon has a nice $830/$1k deal off verizon +$200 credit as a new user if you switch on a new line and trade in any model iphone. Thats what I did, and I traded my 6s and sold the 11. Great deal, but other than that I would've loved to have the 13mini
How is the notch on top/side more annoying than a black island on top/side that doesn’t go away in videos ? I’d rather have a notch that blends with the edge ! than a big black spot at the top/side
My Experience says otherwise. Dynamic Island is overall a better feature than the notch

The only thing i dislike about my current Iphone 11 is it's zoom and battery. Im thinking of either switching to S22 ultra, S23 or Iphone 13. Tho anyone got recommendations? my budget is $700 and willing to wait for prices to drop
🤔 it depends what you prefer. I'd say Samsung s23 ultra is the best choice in terms of user experience and multitasking. I bought iphone 15 pro max and gotta admit, it's a machine but in day to day use it's not efficient and sometimes useless 😂
If those are the options the go with the S23 ultra.
For me, what sucks with my current iPhone 11 is that battery sucks, screen sucks, audio sucks and Lightning sucks. Camera is ok tiers but want a better thing
My Iphone 11 is black and I can't decide on the color and size of the 15. Pro max seems so big to me, but the Pro ' so small. And color natural titanium looks like a heavy deluxe and more feminine. Now I'm thinking blue or black.

NATURAL! gonna do the same exchange soon. Going from 11pro max to 15 pro due to what you said - all the pro features but smaller size. i think the natural titanium looks the best!
In terms of wear and tear, Natural Titanium will age the best because any scratches or dings will not strip away any colour. It has been clarified that the colour options on the new pros this year arent as durable, but I chose black since I am keeping it in a case anyways. Have fun!
