This is something I was looking for the absolute beginners to Ashtanga Yoga but known to basic yoga asanas. Namastey from Sydney! Will be part of my daily routine - every evening.
Thanks Jeff - i've been watching your gentle yoga intro from a purple valley video and practicing that for the last month or so - finding this video rocks. i appreciate your instructions, they are very clear. The pacing and the breath reminders are helpful for my mental notes - its like a whole body singalong. when you did the Purple Valley gentle beginners guide you gave a beautiful description of Samasthiti - i'm inspired to ebrace the pose with purpose and intention. i have a sensational almost magical tingling sensation of clearing, sort of how water from a faucet can hit that flow where it just becomes clear and even the sound of the water becomes almost like a breeze ... well thats how how Samasthiti feels to me now when i emulate your instruction, the first time i did it, the sensation had tears to my eyes. Equanimity.... thanks a million Jeff - Gold Star blue ribbon numero uno =) Cheers
Thanks for the video
