Exploring Health Equity in Liverpool | A Festival of Learning: celebration, innovation, and advocacy

The Health Equity Liverpool Project (HELP) builds on the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine’s experiences of tackling health inequalities in the Global South and of adapting these methods for tackling health equity challenges in the Liverpool City Region. Core to the HELP approach is learning from one another. This short film captures the essence of what is a “Learning Event”, portraying the dynamic, interactive, and inclusive methods used. The film details how these “Festivals of Learning” provide a unique advocacy platform for raising awareness and action around health inequities to improve the health of the region’s most underserved and disadvantaged communities.
