I eat oat porridge every day, but I never thought to try using pearl barley, until I found your video. I tried it the other day. It was amazing. The texture of the pearl barley is incredibly satisfying in porridge. In mine I used homemade almond milk & toasted almond pulp, mixed seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame), raspberries, blueberries, and a drizzle of date syrup. It was absolutely delicious, and very nice to wake up tasting such an array of different flavours and textures. Thank you for your inspiring video, I will look forward to more.

Try to cook pearl porridge salty with forest mushrooms, garlic, onion and pepper. Excellent garnish for fried chicken, turkey or pork.
Thanks for the tips!

Thank you for the question and in fact traditionaly in Morocco it was made without milk but with water and few aromatic herbs.
