We do indeed have an Ocean One. A smaller number (>70) of early Ones have to be manually updated. The rest will be OTA. They did pause the rollout to address a couple things, and are back to pushing it out again.

WSJ, Reuters, IBD amongst other outlets are reporting Fisker is considering bankruptcy filing. Stock at $0.19, at 6:15pm eastern. The 10Q due on Friday must not be good.

Anyone who does 20 seconds of due diligence before dropping 50k+ on a vehicle will stay far FAR away from fisker.
It makes absolutely no sense to ever own one after seeing how things have been going. Take your feelings out of the game.

It's a really nice car, I test drove it today. I can really feel the body weight of the car which is my only complaint but the car is phenomenal & they are giving extra credits including a $7500 off MSRP, $1K off PlugShare, 10 years free WiFi hotspot connection.
