I used to be super active, fit and healthy and travelled for work and leisure - designing itineraries for the rich and famous. However my life completely changed and for the last 7 years I have been bedbound with Chronic illness and it has given me a totally different outlook on life. I have realised what is important to me and how much I used to take life, especially the small things, for granted.
