As someone who's in recovery from aneorexia nervosa I'm am beyond happy that you mentioned the insane variety of eating disorders out there. The stereotypes surrounding and eating disorder has always been skinny people who don't eat and that's completely insane so I am really grateful that you are sharing that message and encouraging other people to educate themselves on the range of different eating disorders ❤️❤️
It's comforting knowing ami has spoken about an ED, ARFID is so overlooked and is such a real struggle, I hope your doing okay ams🤍

i struggle with trying new food too my autism and anxiety doesnt help they should spead awareness about mental health more and even for autism cause everyone think i fake it when i go through bad stuff everyday and you look stunning in this video too hope u have a nice night
I have alfred and can definitely relate.I have sessions with someone called David Killmurry and he is good,he makes u try new foods,have hypnosis and u rate foods.he is definitely recommended!

@@hermionegranger1905 did u get diagnosed for it or do u just know cuz I have a strong feeling that I have it but don’t wanna go to the doctors about it
@@suvenak34 nope i diagnosed myself, i have all the “symptoms” and it’s just an easy way to sort of say what it is and it’s literally the description of my eating… however you could get diagnosed but i don’t think doctors will do diagnosis’s you’ll be referred to a specialist. hope that helps :)
