TIM! This drink sounds positively fascinating I’ll have to pick up a new bottle of mezcal to give it a shot. Couldn’t agree more that Genepy is a great replacement for green chartreuse, especially for mixing. Shame it’s becoming has hard to find as the real stuff because of that! 😂 cheers!!!
