I don't get the running hat thing, I've tried it but makes my head sweatier than it needs to be, prefer just a visor to keep sun or rain out of eyes. Most days I won't wear one though. Those Higher State flasks are amazing value, I'd definitely recommend to others.

Hey Ben, with the Naked bands, what would you recommend for sizing? Go for your usual shorts size? Suze up? Size down? I got a Salomon band to my usual shorts size and it us tight, always pressurising my bladder 😅

Half marathon in 28c heat with only 500ml of water?! If I was doing the same I would probably need at least a litre! 🥵 Plus some sunglasses 😎
I’d agree it seems quite a small amount but it really depends how much he sweats. I tested myself a few weeks back by weighing myself before and after an hours running and I’d lost 700 grams. I purposely didn’t drink throughout so I knew any change in weight had to be water loss meaning that if I now go on longer runs, I know I need at least 500ml per hour (it was unusually hot the day I did the test)
Oh! So you don't actually have to be naked while eating a Nakd bar...I did not know that!
