    • @KingJohn301
      @KingJohn301 9 дней назад

      It was decided by the refs right there. They were never going to overturn it and I said that as soon as they challenged it. It wasn't about being objective, they didn't overturn just to maintain that their calls weren't "inaccurate". It was straight bs from those refs and they should never ref a Finals again

    Phee, .. if you read this .. thanks to all of the Lynx, and to you in particular, for showing how this game should be played. This being my first year of watching the WNBA, .. due to the interest that began with the watching of Clark's last year, with the Hawkeyes. It is too bad, that things are so ever changing .. when it comes to good team line-ups. Hopefully, .. nothing too drastic, .. nothing too soon.

    Girl, I understand the frustration and disappointment! We were rooting for the Lynx, but all the hype surrounding the Liberty winning a championship generated more revenue. The focus was more ticket and merch sells, which boosts more sponsorships and investments. They don't care about doing it right, if wrong is more lucrative. There is no valid reason for allowing the refs to be subjective, "willy-nilly" and "out-of-pocket", unless there is a hidden agenda😞!!!

      Because both the WNBA and NBA commissioner were there for that game. And to them the WNBA champions decision came down to business over morals. Trying to attract the eyes of a big state/city such as New York. A team full of superstar talent but awful coaching. It was to draw eyes and interest that’s why I believe it was rigged. Also would make alot of headlines because they have never won vs Minnesotas 5

She was all over Sabally and refs were right there and didn't call it. Why??? Cause it was early in the 3rd and Phee had 5 fouls. So I wonder who the refs were for that game. Just admit Minnesota gave everything and just couldn't get the job done despite 2 of their top scorers shooting like crap. New York bench players got the job done. I love this girl so much! She and the others really choked though- missing lot shots at end and nothing in OT, and they can’t blame the refs! I did not see a foul there but refs did! I don’t respect the coach and team for doing that (blaming refs) after such a classy season! 🤦‍♀️ it was a great season but both teams choke bad in playoffs and I am not sure there should be playoffs with women who have no composure. It was terrible to watch the massive choking by supposed pro’s! 🤦‍♀️

    Someone wise beyond her years once said, "Everybody can make a big deal of that one single play, but not one single play wins a basketball game or loses a basketball game. I feel like there were a lot of mistakes that I made that could've prevented that play from even being that big." Paige Bueckers after losing in the Final Four to Iowa. Paige didn’t get an extra 5 min in OT but you did. Maybe one day when you’re not hurting and can be more objective, you can look at the film and ask yourself what you could have done better in those five minutes?

    • @TJrules299
      @TJrules299 Месяц назад +6

      lol you clearly didn't watch the game. 8 to 25 free throws is a gross injustice. That is not the same thing that happened to UConn, and yes UConn was robbed. However, this was very, very different.

    • @msmagsmn
      @msmagsmn Месяц назад +7

      Stop with this nonsense. She attempted 18 shots from the paint and went to the line ZERO times. She's averaged 6 trips to the line all season. She fouled out in game 5, and the last time she fouled out was May 2023. The Liberty got 21 points off free throws on a night when they were shooting 30% as a team. The Lynx got 7. That isn't a mistake or two, it's an ABSURDLY lopsided and a massive handicap. And I assure you, she's aware of ALL of the moments they STILL could have won, in spite of that added gross incompetence.
