    Can this wall mounted version be used as a half rack with spotter arms? I saw in the FAQ that use with spotter arms is not recommended due to potential wall damage. Little confused because in the video it shows spotter arms being used. Was that FAQ answer more about the ISO arms rather than the spotter arms?

    • @REPfitness
      @REPfitness  8 месяцев назад +6

      Dug into this... mistake in the FAQ. We'll be updating it soon. Spotter arms are fine. We dropped up to 950lbs on them. The rack just needs to be installed properly.

    How do you do lat pulldowns and rows with this?

    • @REPfitness
      @REPfitness  8 месяцев назад +2

      You need to purchase two of the 5000 series leg rollers - repfitness.com/products/leg-roller-attachment
      Rows - just bring the trolley down to where you sit on your bench or the floor and you're good to go. We are working on an upright foot brace, but our utility pins would work pretty well too.

    If the wall has base boards, and the bottom bracket is not flush or same level as the stringer, would it be a problem? Most walls have base boards and some garages have concrete foundations that go up the wall by about a foot or so.

    • @IAM-jb4zy
      @IAM-jb4zy 8 месяцев назад +1

      I have a very similar question regarding the concrete foundation at the bottom:
      I have about 3inches of cement block extending out from the bottom of my garage walls. How much space is there between the very bottom of the wall mounted athena to the wall? Would there be any way to adjust the distance to accommodate for this sort of issue?

      @@message2benMajor Lutie's F35 actually does this because you can fold the rack pieces outward for more width to each side for more width. It's actually a pretty slick design, and Rep should look at that for ideas for a v1.5 of this tbh
