Good to see Graham and shauno together 👍🏾 Makes a great team
Shauno 'how good's this' Whale + Graham 'better winch it' Cahill = a great show
Definitely
Watching Shauno cooking while absolutely plastered never gets old😂
They always have sont terrible humour 😂
Aye you can always tell start the stutter with the words 😂😂👌💯
It’s one of my favorite parts of the show
We always look forward to the humorous cooking shows! Have had tried many of Chef Shauno's recipes. ... I usually start to mess up after the consume beer step. LOL
I came straight to the comments, it’s absolute gold. His face in the beginning is hilarious
Epic to see Graham and Shauno back together
And they lived happily ever after
@@4WD247 haha, amazing
@@4WD247 Hey guys, how much does Graham's Dmax weigh with canopy but unladen? I am getting a Mits canopy on mine and am trying to work out what my GVM will be before I load up for an upcoming trip to the Cape
Mate we actually didn't weigh it with an empty canopy, we only did later on when it was all packed up and accessories were fitted. If you're genuinely keen on a MITS setup just give the guys a call and they should be able to give you weight info - they really know their stuff.
What a trip this was and to get my first marlin!!! thanks for the good times boys! Cheers Az
Would love to see the Ranger do a few more trips with that awesome setup
Nailed it mate! See you next time 🙌🏻
Will the big 79 be back?
Dude that rig is next level! Makes our rigs here in the states look like golf carts!
We need the whole 4WD 24/7 team on an episode soon, great work guys
Thanks for the awesome trip guys
Glad to have the 80 home and everything sorted even tho I drive up 2600kms no issue bad luck is on my side but just drove home no issues after all new injectors and everything been sorted 🤟 till next time
Killed it mate! See you next time 🤩
I noticed the bum dragging on the 80 with the trailer on and the nose stuck pointing up in the air , I would suggest heavier springing or air bags and bring that nose down for better steering and handling .
@@2UZFE all been adjusted now spring rates where wrong as we installed a long range tank 👌
Bailey, your vehicle sounds like a beast now it's fixed.
Try 10 Psi when towing loads through soft sand king. You will notice how much the trailer doesn't drag anymore .
Imagine swapping a perfectly engineered 1HD engine for an LS engine. The power is great, but losing reliability isn't worth it in my darn book!
Glad to see Graham and Shauno back on the same coast! Greetings from Arizona, USA
Oath mate - cheers!
Replace same with wrong haha! They need the 24/7 crew to all come to Brunswick and Harvey and Pemby......
Gonna knock shauno out and drag him over to the west mate - just you wait!
Happy Australia Day weekend to crew and cast of 24/7 FWD! Great time Watching as always. Snowed in here, nice to see the warm sunnier weather. 4wheeling, fishing food and friends! And some good adult beverages.
This kinda trip is what makes me want to go to Australia so bad, it looks so awesome on camera, I can only imagine what it's like in person.
Mate Australia isn’t like this, it’s way better😁 come over.
Yeah mate just watch out for the drop bears
@@scottcochrane638 That's become my new goal, I want to travel to Australia as soon as possible. Everything seems so awesome over there.
@@anthonym6078 To rent a proper car for Fraser could be very expansive. You should calculate 1500A$+ a week.
@@sternchenstinker5154 Or buy one for $5k and sell for $5k when done
Yay. That little short kid with the Isuzu is in the episode!
The greatest thing about these videos is watching the boys cook while half cut 😂😂 if I was at that point I would’ve given up on the cooking ages ago and just broke the smiths chips out 😂😂
Shaun were is your bloody cook book the fish and tartar sauce looks amazing so you need to make a cook book
No matter how many times I see Fraser Island it still never gets old. One of the best destinations in Auz for sure. Great episode Amigos.
Saludos from Mexico 😎
baileys just a big kid that gets really excited haha
Bailey has two of the most exciting experiences. The trailer almost going over top on his truck and having a fire in the back of the truck.
Why didn’t you let the tyres down more on the Maverick 80 and trailer? Engine troubles or not with lower pressure it would have eaten that up.
Did the Mits Ranger have a second battery in the factory location Ford made provision for in the new generation Ranger?
This Bailey bloke always has dramas with his car. Glad he’s selling caravans and not 4x4 mods
Why does Bailey always look so sad and grumpy when he's in his car? It's definitely something I have noticed and it's why I never watch videos where he is in them because it's all about the fun and he seems to not understand that?. Can someone tell me what's going on?. Cheers legends
Really enjoyed this one, well done gents! We’ve just been to fraser ourselves and it was paradise.
The Shauno/Graham combo is unmatched!
Nah the old bloke was the man, what's his name again?
Poor Bailey just has the worst luck with his truck. Towing a trailer ALL the time takes its toll Im sure. I hope he gets some revenge on the tracks at some point soon.
Something good about seeing Shauno and Graham back together, and a maroon coloured DMax in the crew.
Would love to see you guys have one of the bigger overland/expedition trucks with you for an episode, like a Unimog from Unidan or something similar. Seeing the difference in capabilities between the smaller utes and the big trucks would be cool, especially on the kind of challenging tracks you usually travel on 👍
That would be cool!
AGREED !!
Chuck the wiring harness in the bin and give jim lemonis a call to make a proper harness so you can clip and forget
That ranger is smooth...compare to dmax...it is really capable engine with good power thanks to that v6
"That was interesting" - as Graham launches the rear end of his Isuzu 5 feet in the air lol
If you like raw fish try oka. It's raw fish in coconut cream. Very popular in the poly community.
Yeah we've heard!! Would definitely give it a crack. Fish & coconut cream - can't go wrong.
Running out of fuel. Thank christ you guys are not pilots.😁😁
Can’t wait until I can afford a 4wd to go up this way, the old rwd D’max isn’t quite cutting it 😂
What are you looking at getting?
@@4WD247 probably a newer model D’max I reckon , always liked Isuzu
Yep - can confirm the current model (last few years now) is a real cut above! Can't go wrong with the 4WD variant either - in fact we reckon it's kinda mandatory! 😂
Blackfulla here, onya boys..... Happy Straya Day, good to see everyone (most) out enjoying unity, exploring country and making the most of life.......
You do realise the "highly venomous snake" you were filming was a Burton's Legless Lizard 😂
Happy Australia Day
That's a clip of Graham and Shaun carrying that jerry up the hill is hilarious
Happy Australia 4wd247 yeah boys Frazer island oath 💜💕❤🎉from Australia QLD
Guys u need to start calling the island by its real name and the name that has been given back to the butchulla people. Kgari is pronounce Garee. start teaching people and drop that stupid name Fraser.
Yup, we used the traditional name in the opening voice over - and will continue to use it in future eps. Just using a mix to help people connect the dots 🙌
There's no better place than Fraser. Last time I went there I did something really stupid and went through awinya creek at high tide with no snorkel. Left the island on a to truck but seeing those white sandy beaches and crystal clear water is something I'm going back again to see. It's breathtaking even when I had the bad experience of flooding my fourby. Which mind you is still running 2 years later. Go the frontera and Isuzu engines
Loved it as always boys, yep good to see the west oz midget back :) but seriously boys the name is changing or already has. It’s hard not to call it Fraser but to show respect to the locals at least drop a few K’gari in the vid. I struggle too so I say I’m on island . Keep up action
Hey mate, Shaun calls it K'gari in the opening voice over & we've been promoting both names in the leadup to this ep. We're working on it!
Gotta love calling a legless lizard a venomous snake to scare the tourist 🤣🔥
🤣 What we meant to do there was just warn that there are venomous snakes on Fraser and you have to keep your wits about you
Made me chuckle
Love your work keep it up guys!
It's amazing to see Bailey and his old ass gremlin infested 80s breaking down everywhere but still towing that heavy ass trailer in every trail 😅
I feel like I've been watching this channel for so long, that all of these runs seem so familiar at this point. Love y'all!
That new Ranger pulled the crap out of that 80!
Too many ppl up fraser ways nowdays 😔
LOL, venomous snakes? That was a Burton's Legless Lizard
Correct - what we meant to do there was just warn that there are venomous snakes on Fraser and you have to keep your wits about you
that snake at 28:30 is actually a Burtons Legless Lizard, completely harmless but well said Graham, leave the snakes alone!
What we meant to do there was just warn that there are venomous snakes on Fraser and you have to keep your wits about you
Much love to you all from the great state of Kentucky in the US. My family and I love watching your videos and your crazy adventures! Keep up the good times and great content!!
42:21 The branding on the boat "samaki" is a swahili word from East Africa meaning fish.
Bailey needs to stay home
Is it just cos he’s fat?😎
Bloke was completely un prepared for the trip.
Appreciate the use of the original name, K'gari.
You guys just have to come to the United States sometime. The Rubicon Trail, Moab, Black Bear Road, all legendary. I'd love for you guys to be able to show off some of your kit over here. People would be absolutely blown away. You'd be 4WD Royalty over here in no time.
I’ve always thought the same thing. A trip to Moab would be really cool.
You guys allways seem to go same places 🤦♂️ I’m hoping you guys start exploring more and change it up ment to be the best Aussie 4x4 show surly u can find new places
Watch the last 5 eps of offgrid mate, totally different places & many more to come!
Oh my god it’s nice to see the gang back and wow there is a new ranger they have balls of steel for off-roading that
TBH these trips are starting to all seem the same..
Fraser, Cape York, Glasshouse mountains, Coffs Harbour, Vic High country, Tasmania repeat
You lads should go somewhere new…
Check out our last 5 off grid eps mate, totally different areas and more to come!
@@4WD247 thoroughly enjoying 👍🏼
Glad to hear it mate. We have another ep coming in a few weeks. Graham is also heading out right now shooting another Oz solo which we'll have out in the next month or two, followed by another mammoth series of Off Grid with our mates Steph & Harls... oh and we have some TOUGH wheeling dropping next week with Jocko & Jesse. Plenty of variety we reckon!
And hey, if we post an ep you don't enjoy on a Thursday, just scroll down the channel and we reckon you'll find something right up your alley 🙌
I’d like to see some of the tougher Flinders rangers tracks tackled for a change of scenery. Billy Goat ridge and Echo back track in Arkaroola would make fora hell of an episode. Keep those episodes coming 👍🏼
Your mention of venomous snakes while accurate for the island was a bit misplaced on the old Burton's legless lizard being shown at the same time.
Correct - what we meant to do there was just warn that there are venomous snakes on Fraser and you have to keep your wits about you
Mint trip!
Love the comments about respecting the wildlife. Awesome shot of the buttons legless lizard! Very jealous you guys got to see that!
Top channel
I saw my brother and father watching these videos last week, I see this on my recommended and now im interested even more. My family and I go to this beach in the summer called boat harbour near kurnell. We drive on the beach because you can do that and once we saw a random person just driving into the waves…. Needless to say it was stupid. And once a car got bogged 11 times along the beach with 20 of us walking with the car in case 😂
Holy crap that Ranger tow assist up ngkala rocks was impressive
Epic looking trip fellas! The maverick looks bloody heavy on the back of the 80 though 🤔🤔
Honestly we need an episode over an hour long with nothing but Shaunos cooking adventures. Sponsored by a nice hot chilli sauce of course...
Back to the old D-max color. Much better than the white one
Good call Shauno, Graham did get stuck and on a ripple in the sand no less. HAHAHAHA. Great to see you two back on the same adventure let’s hope they keep coming.
Another great video boys, thanks for taking us with you!
Glad you enjoyed it 🍻
Should of converted it to a barra six turbo instead of a ls1
Shoulda
5:44 Someone didn't finish their pie sanga!!! 😉
So pretty and I'm from Hawaii. I enjoy living through these men. My dream is to go with them on a adventure like this. Not high in the mountains but on the beach looking at the sunset and sunrise just like Hawaii.
Aussies are next level! Great vids gents, you guys produce some of the most entertaining 4X4 shows out there! Thanks for taking us along for the trip!
All I’m saying is I expected nothing less of a next Gen ranger to tow a 80 and a camper up that climb, blue oval showing how it’s done 🎉🎉
One of the more boring ones you guys have uploaded, is this just a sightseeing tour and a pissup and thats it now?
Shame you didn't like it mate - but we reckon you'll like what Jock & Jesse have cooked up for next week!
Done all this in my old ford courier work Ute - dunno what all this carry on is about
No difficult 4wdriving on Fraser, unless you don't air down 🤷♂️
Wild place 😍
Honestly if you're in a heavy rig on REALLY soft sand (especially on a hot day, which dries it out and softens it up even more) it can be a real battle.
Plus if you're having mechanical issues - even worse! Try getting up Ngkala rocks in 4WD in a fully loaded 4WD! 🫠
Re Video at 6:25 mark...did Bailey lowet the air pressure out of the trailer tyres? They don't look very soft in the video footage.
Once again your going to the same places.
Go on a real trip with the old vehicles like your earlier episodes in the middle of know where and really see some of Australia.
It makes me laugh when you guys always say your been around Australia 3 or 4 time yet right not even.
one question for shawn and graham, what is the consumption of fuel per hr. on the d max wither diesel or gasoline?
Absolutely loved watching this especially you trying to say Worcestershire sauce 😂😂 shauno your that man on the field and the kitchen ! Ps from uk 👌👌👌👌
You boys are long overdue for a Lithgow nsw trip that’s for sure
Couldn't agree more mate
Shauno,
Watching you guys with my 3.5 year old daughter....
She points at your rig & says
'I wanna build this one Daddy.'
Got my work cut out.
We love your content guys.
Cheers
Saw a little play in that steering idler on the dirty 30 Shauno... Best look into it before she runs you out of time.. Awesome episode, such a nice place to be!
Its cute that you worry about some seawater getting on your trucks once every blue moon while i drive in thick salt sludge for 6 months out of the year :D
Man you guys needa get bailey off the show kid can not drive to save himself
Did Bailey remember to drop the trailer air pressures as well? Looked to be dragging horribly and not very low on pressures 😬
I saw you guys there I was the one who talked to you guys on our schoolies trip
Pleasure to meet you mate!
talks about venomous snakes, shows a scaly foot harmless legless lizard.
What we meant to do there was just warn that there are venomous snakes on Fraser and you have to keep your wits about you
Question where do you guys shit lol
Greetings from Hawaii viewing and subscribed
Bailey and the sashimi was the best 😂. Always good to try new things.
Seen a lot of problems with Bailey's rig, makes you think if it's worth the money
Another awesome upload !
Graham doesn't sound 100% him self though
...sounds like he's getting over the Rona or something ....
That’s just the 300 beers he drank whilst there. 😂
I’ve been watching for 6 years now, first time I’ve ever questioned your methods. Your tartar was missing a few dashes of hot sauce. Not sure how you’ve made such an oversight, but I can forgive it this once.
Sorry mate 🤣
for anyone watching this who doesn't own a decked out rig, I've done most of what these guys did, including sandy cape, in a stock 94 nj Pajero with no trouble whatsoever. Also taken my Vajero to bribie and Moreton island. She cost me 5k. Can do this easily on a budget
Couldn’t agree more!
Thanks to the camera boys for presenting us this one
Always love watching you guys, quick question for Graham, I have just bought myself a automatic and it’s my first automatic. What is your recommendation for driving on the beach using the gears or just the auto do it?
Thanks mate 👍
If you want to play it really safe, get a temperature gauge for your auto - and even an aftermarket cooler.
Otherwise, just keep it in low range if you're on really soft stuff (auto doesn't have to work as hard, won't get as hot and heat is what kills). If you're towing, don't cruise around in top gear, knock it back to whatever the next option down is.
Autos are great and there's no dramas using them on the beach, just be careful you aren't working them too hard especially if they're older, or loaded up with weight!
I feel like there is some underappreciated driving by Bailey with strap attached...momentum while keeping the loose strap between the tires to allow the next hit once the lead vehicle gets traction and it's own momentum back. Those were some picture perfect runs. Good job guys...
Yep - no simple task, Bailey did well!
Watching on a train from amsterdam to berlin back to WA on the 7th getting me keen for a camp
Add it in the calendar and go mate!
Love the videos, boys keep them coming
Absolutely no plans of stopping 🙌
Want to visit Fraser Island one day and that cooking of that fresh fish was so good thanks for the tips on the beer batter and the tartar sauce. From Australia 🇦🇺 also North Queensland 🦘🥰✨️🌙
Any time!
We all love Fraser but thumbs down to the editor adding Lake Wabby out of order. I don't know why you'd do that. Makes it all look so dumb and staged.
What a special little spot! Was there over New Year's and I'll be spewing if I knew that you blokes were there at the same time!
K'gari lives up to its name and it truly is paradise. One of the best places you will ever see! Cheers for another brilliant episode lads.
We were there a little earlier so you would've missed us anyway! Glad you loved the island mate - it's a special place.
@@4WD247 Damn! I think I just missed you guys in the watagans the other week as well 🙄 It’s my goal to bump into you guys on the track someday 😂
Graham getting stuck never heard of before 😂😂😂
A couple of minutes in and its pie in bread! On the bucket list now. Awesome adventure boys 🙂
sup no one has finished the video yet
