I used Aloe Vera gel, and during and before I used multiple layers of high SPF sunscreen. I also reapplied when it washed off. HOW AM I SUNBURNED IN EVERY POSSIBLE PLACE!? MY BACK, MY LEGS, MY HANDS, EARS, ARMS, STOMACH, WHOLE FACE! I have to go to an outdoor party tomorrow!

I'm here right now with real bad sunburn on both of my feet because my dumb ass didn't use enough sunscreen. The best advice I can give is this:
Cold compresses are live savers, even if they're not that cold, they help take the pain away.
Wear very light clothing if you can.
Take cold baths/ showers.

First search up on youtube "sunburn itch" to get yonoots video which explains it more in depth than me in the comments section.
Do NOT apply aloe vera, Take a HOT shower if you have itching and apply calamine lotion if you choose.
Wear a lot of layers and stay in a hot room. If you need to go to sleep take a hot shower before and put on a light t shirt with the covers over where you got your burn and your arms and legs outside to keep body temperature even.
If you put vinigar in a pot like apple cider vinegar or white vinegar, get a flannel or towel and dump it in the pot and dab it on the burn to have less itching.

Noxzema put it on before bed and in the morning sunburn pain should be gone but not the pigmentation.
I used sunblock but I forgot to apply it where I got a sunburn, where I did apply the sunblock it just got tanner 😂 I was only out in the sun for 1hr!! But it was at 12pm so I get it, the sun is strongest from 11am to 2pm

1. Take cold showers they help
2. Get a tomato or alo vera to get rid of the acid
3. Take some Aspirin to stop the swellings
4. Drink lots of water
