- We recycle our printer paper, newspapers and cardboard, right. Yes, of course you do. But do you know what happens to all it? Eco Company went to a recycled paper mill to see how it all happens, and we were surprised at what it becomes! Josh has this story.
I haul a lot of graphic packaging’s products all over the country. Lots of 53ft dry van loads. GP loads are my favorite. They usually have the loads ready. I like that customer. - Eos Inc truck driver.
Amazing Process!
In fact, I just picked up rolls in West Monroe LA at graphic packaging and took them to Ft Smith Arkansas plant 2 days ago
Awesome
I worked in a Papermill for 20 years their big polluters
The idea of the recycled paper mill is it preserves natural resources by using recycled paper rather than freshly cut trees.
testing....testing....

wow
0:28 That classic VW beetle only weigh ~850 kg, nowhere near 2 tons.
0:47 "clay coated" What is that "clay" put on the outside?
He referenced the size of the rolls of paper compared to the size a Volkswagen Beetle, not the weight. I don't know about the clay coated cardboard boxes, but I'm guessing it part of the process that makes the paper pulp hold together...but I could be wrong.
All paper that is destined for writing or a minimal quality of printing (vs, say, toilet rolls) has a certain quantity of coating applied to it in order to limit undesired absorption of the ink diffusing straight into the fibers. Usually kaolin clay.
